FAQ

Q: What programs do you offer?

A: Currently we only offer the Virtual Assistant Certification course. We do this so that 100% of our efforts go into helping you create your dream Virtual Assistant business by giving you the tools and structure you need. In the future, we may develop other training to support VA’s.

Q: I have questions not answered here, how can I contact someone to answer them?

A: My support team is happy to answer any additional questions that are not answered here! You can contact them at info@virtualbizpartner.com. Typically you can expect a response within 24 hours, but longer on the weekends since we all need a little downtime.

Q: How does your training compare to other Virtual Assistant Training programs?

A: This training program addresses not only certain in-demand software skills, but it also tells you how to build a solid foundation, touches on project management and launch management, and goes beyond it all on how to scale your business once you are up and running. When I first started as a VA in 2011 I could not find one program that did all that, and the last thing I wanted to do was purchase multiple programs. This is the most comprehensive program you will find providing you with all the information and tools you need to build, run, and grow a successful VA business!

Q: How many hours a week should I dedicate to this course?

A:  This varies person to person. On average you will watch a video lesson each week with 5 mini projects that support the lesson except for weeks 5-7 where we cover technology. During those weeks you have multiple video lessons but they are shorter. Plan for 3-5 hours a week, but it will depend on how much effort you want to put into the training and also how long it will take you to grasp the materials being presented. There is so much information you may find that you want to go back and watch parts of the videos again. Also, during weeks 4, 8, and 12 there will not be any lessons so you will have the opportunity to catch up and review. I purposely incorporated implementation weeks into the training program in order to provide you extra time to complete projects or take a break. This program is designed for flexibility.

Q:  How long will I have to complete the certification test and get my results?

A:  When the final certification test becomes available on the website you will have 1 week to complete the test.  Please note to schedule your time appropriately during this week. The certification test takes on average 6-12 hours to complete. Once all tests are submitted, I and a qualified review committee will review each test and provide you with feedback and your certification status. This process may take up to 2 weeks to complete.

Q: What if I do not pass the certification test?

A: I will provide you with feedback and recommendations made by the committee. You will have 3 days to modify your responses and re-submit your answers to the committee. The committee with review the test, provide constructive feedback and advise you of your certification status within 1 week.
